Tulsi Mehar Shrestha was born in 1955 BS. At Bhelakshe Tole of Lalitpur. He was a social worker. Tulsimehar Shrestha found that differences between the rich and poor, high caste and low caste, and social evils like untouchability, exploitation, etc.
